My design consultancy role working alongside Leon Trapp of Trapp Architects is almost complete. Trapp Architects (
http://www.trapparchitects.com.au/) have done a wonderful job bringing this building back to life with some major building modifications and a fresh & modern makeover. My role was to chose the internal colours and materials of the ground floor retail arcade, lift wells and amenities areas as well as assistance with the exterior colours and feature / signage wall. I am very happy with our choice of paint colours on the exteriors... don't you agree? The dark charcoal base has really grounded the structure. This building and retail arcade will provide an integral connection between the new neighbouring multi-res developments and Brisbane's infamous James St. Can't wait to show this building off more as construction continues.
